What comes to mind when you think 21st birthday? Well this wasn’t just any 21st. We wanted something light, fresh and fun (without getting smashed). And there couldn’t have been a more perfect way to celebrate in a classy way then a 21st garden party surprise. And lucky for us our guest of honor’s birthday is a summer one so we had the perfect setting, a park!
It was a gorgeous day and a reminder that you don’t need something extravagant to have a great party.
While we waited for the girl of the hour, guests were invited to write notes to her. Teacups were set out along with prompts for the notes such as: “a favorite memory” and “something she should do before turning 22.” And to keep them from blowing away they were placed in adorable floral boxes.
We enjoyed sandwiches, watermelon, and homemade macaroons. The food was wonderful but the decorations brought it all together.
Handpicked flowers in mason jars with lemon slices. Light pink, green, and white balloons. And a custom made photo backdrop.
Overall, it was a perfect party and an even more perfect surprise. If you’d like to see more pictures from this gorgeous event check out our Facebook page. And if you are planning a birthday or surprise party contact us so we can make sure your event is unforgettable.
